I am a Belgian violinist, 25 years old, who obtained her master's degree in violin and chamber music at the Lemmens Institute last year. As a violin teacher, the fun of the students is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by looking together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I cater to the interests of each student. I want to make you curious about the instrument and show you all the possibilities of the violin. I have already gained experience in youth music studios, part-time art education and private. Lessons can be given at my home in Leuven or Roeselare.

I am a violinist from Hungary - I have completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime I have given violin lessons in various music schools in Hungary. I have played actively in various professional orchestras. From this year I started the Artistic Master's program at the Lemmens Institute. Since my first year at the university I teach private lessons, I have experience with both children and adults. I can teach in English, Dutch, French and Hungarian. I am also following Norwegian classes, and I can give it a try in Norwegian as well.

Hello! This year I obtained my Master's degree in violin at LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens under Lei Wang and am now starting my adventure as a professional violinist. I have been giving private lessons for six years now and hope to teach more this coming academic year than was previously compatible with my studies. In my lessons, I find it most important that students have fun and feel comfortable in their own skin. In my opinion, this is an essential prerequisite for continuous motivation to learn technically and musically, with a focus on a pace that feels right for the student. My teaching method varies greatly per student because I try to adapt each lesson to what suits the student best and what they need at a particular moment in the lesson. Besides being a musician at heart, I also have a strong interest in psychology. Consequently, over the past few years during my violin studies, I have taken a number of courses annually in the psychology program at KU Leuven. I use the knowledge I gained there to reflect on my educational practice as a violin teacher and to create a safe space for my students in which they can develop freely as musicians and as people. Welcome to VIOLINSTUDIO ALLEGRETTO! Would you like to learn to play the violin according to the Suzuki method? Then you've come to the right place! A HOBBY FOR EVERYONE! What could be more fun than discovering the wonderful world of music with your child? The violin lessons start from the age of 4, where you as a parent also learn some basic techniques. This way you are fully involved in the musical education of your son or daughter! But of course you can also start with us as an adult student. Violin lessons are suitable for all ages, from 4 to 99 years old! LEARN WHILE PLAYING :) The violin lessons are tailored to each student. For young children we will work playfully full of fantasy and creativity! HOW DO WE GET STARTED? We work according to the mother tongue method of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, where we believe that anyone can learn the language of music, just as you learn to speak. Together we create a musical environment in which music is present every day! In front of? That is not required! You don't need to be able to read notes. We start playing by ear. I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student. Each lesson is personalized according to your pace and objectives, whether it's to discover the instrument, consolidate the basics or evolve towards a more expressive style of playing. This violin course is designed for beginners and intermediate students, and aims to develop the essential technical and musical skills for playing smoothly and expressively. The program includes learning the fundamentals of violin playing, such as correct posture, grip, and producing a clear tone. Door mijn muzikale opvoeding ben ik bovendien goed thuis in de Kodály-methode, waardoor het verbinden van zang met instrumentale techniek een heel natuurlijk onderdeel is van mijn manier van lesgeven. Wanneer nodig begeleid ik mijn leerlingen ook op de piano, wat het samen muziek maken extra toegankelijk en inspirerend maakt. Mijn doel is om in een geduldige en persoonlijke sfeer jouw muzikaliteit tot bloei te laten komen – of je nu net begint of je techniek verder wilt verdiepen.
