Graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Mons and professional musician (mainly in the field of early music), I offer lessons in instruments based primarily on an intuitive and bodily, where sound finds its place in you and around you . As when one is small, one first learns to pronounce the words before reading them then to write them, I approach the learning of the instrument in the same way; to know the sound, to feel it, to play it and then to add to it the image to which it corresponds. If you prefer a more "traditional" method, this is also possible. For more advanced people, I offer the opportunity to do a more physical work, combining movement and play of the instrument, so that the body is just as in harmony as the music you play.

My classes are for all students of all ages and all levels. Having had several teachers, I have variable methods which adapt according to an observation made beforehand on the student. These courses will be approached both from a technical point of view and from a musical point of view and then from a point of view of concern for interpretation. I try to put people at ease above all and to be as human as possible. Mutual respect is obviously required. In my opinion, it is first and foremost the human side that will determine the quality of a course and the progress of a learner. Obviously, this is not enough for the quality of a course, here is what I rely on to maintain this aspect: The bulk of the work will be defined with the student, according to his needs but also according to his expectations. I do not impose only one technique or method. Indeed, thanks to my educational master's degree and my experience, I have at my disposal various tools that I will adjust according to the individual I have in front of me. Being a fresh graduate, I am trained in methods ranging from the oldest to the most recent. I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level. I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).

Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student. Each lesson is personalized according to your pace and objectives, whether it's to discover the instrument, consolidate the basics or evolve towards a more expressive style of playing.
