Yoga for all levels (Hatha, Power yoga, restorative vinyasa and Yin & Yoga Nidra)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello fellow yogis! I am a qualified Power Yoga and Yin yoga teacher experienced in teaching students of various abilities and ages. In July 2020 I completed a 200H Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance International at the House of Yoga in London. The training was inspired by Power Flow Yoga precursor, Baron Baptiste and I had the privilege to be taught by his trainees who shared their extended knowledge on the sequencing of yoga asanas, correct alignment and modifications for students, and Yoga philosophy and psychology. A year later I completed a 50H Yin Yoga training with a renowned Yin yoga teacher from the USA, Bernie Clark. In terms of my teaching experience, I’ve been a Restorative Hatha Yoga instructor since January 2020 at Southwark Adult Centre where I have taught vinyasa-flow yoga classes, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, I've taught Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra classes since May 2021. As an Ethical Studies teacher at West Thames College, for the last 5 years, I’ve been incorporating the elements of meditation and mindfulness to combat stress and anxiety among college students and to help them deal with their personal and academic issues. As part of my role, I’ve delivered workshops on anger management, dealing with negative emotions and establishing healthy relationships. More recently I’ve utilized the psychology and philosophy of yoga while teaching about safety online on social media and stress release utilizing breathing techniques (Pranayama) and positive affirmations and visualizations to be successful in exams and in setting everyday goals. More recently, In August 2020 with a group of fellow yoga teachers I’ve set up a Yoga Kind Collective in order to make the possibilities of yoga accessible to all. I provide community classes in my local area and 1-to-1 sessions for those wishing to take their practice to the next level. Furthermore, I took part in a Mentorship program at The House of Yoga London, aimed at yoga teachers wishing to perfect their teaching skills. I’m working closely with a teacher trainer to share the knowledge and skills crucial to my continuous development. I’m passionate about yoga which is reflected in the extensive training and workshop opportunities I’ve undertaken in order to deepen my knowledge and my skills further on the various types of yoga (Restorative, Power Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra). I’ve attended workshops on the correct alignment of Sun Salutations, sound healing and Chakra opening sessions, meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Philosophy. I’ve done this along with my formal training and my own self-practice which I perform daily. In 2017 I went to a yoga teachers’ retreat with a well-established New Moon Yoga studio in Devon, UK. This provided an insight into a successful yoga training experience and sparked my passion for pursuing my career as a high-performance yoga instructor. In my free time I love learning languages, I’m a fluent speaker of English (having lived in the UK for 15 years) and a native speaker of Polish. I can also teach yoga in French.

I have been taking online Spanish lessons with Javier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is an excellent professional and a genuinely engaging person. What I value most is that Javier always finds topics that truly interest me, which makes every lesson enjoyable and motivating. The classes never feel generic or routine — they are tailored to my interests, goals, and level, so learning feels natural and dynamic. I clearly feel that I am progressing in Spanish. My confidence in speaking has grown significantly, my vocabulary is expanding, and grammar becomes easier to understand thanks to his clear explanations and practical examples. He creates a comfortable and supportive atmosphere where it’s easy to speak without fear of making mistakes. Javier is patient, attentive, well-prepared, and always encouraging. Lessons are well structured but flexible at the same time, which makes them both effective and engaging. I highly recommend Javier to anyone who wants to improve their Spanish in a meaningful, enjoyable, and professional way.

If you are looking for a French language teacher, I highly recommend Cecile 😊 One of the best things about her teaching approach is that she customizes the method to the student’s particular learning needs. She starts by assessing your level, goals, and learning preferences and then designs the lessons based on this. Something else that I appreciate about Cecile is that she uses a wide array of teaching materials, not leaving space for boredom or an incomplete understanding of a topic. She incorporates texts, videos, audio, fun quizzes, and exercises from different sources and genres, covering various aspects of the French language and culture. She also encourages to practice comprehensively - speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a balanced way. All in all, if you are after a comprehensive approach to learning and practicing French, this is the right tutor for you!

Evgenii is a wonderful ballet teacher! My daughter Anna had her first lesson with him today, and she really enjoyed it. He paid close attention to every detail, immediately noticed even small technical issues, and explained clearly how to correct them. We especially liked that he doesn't just demonstrate the exercises, but also explains what exactly she should focus on and why. Even after just one lesson, Anna received a lot of useful advice and already has a better understanding of what she needs to work on. We are very happy to have found such an attentive and professional teacher and are looking forward to continuing the lessons with him. Highly recommended! 🩰
