Singer trained at the Schola Cantorum of Basel (from medieval chant to the 20th century), I offer a general singing course: basic vocal technique (posture, breath work, sound work), discovery of different repertoires (depending on the student's tastes; pop repertoires also possible), work on interpretation. I can accompany the student on the keyboard. I work with people of all ages, beginners or not. The goal is to progress in a climate of trust. I find this phenomena a cruel and exclusivist perspective on singing. I consider singing an universal right, and we should all be unashamed of singing, be it in your bathtub, while walking on the street, in a dinner with friends, or in the next open stage at your local bar. We all have the capacity and the right to sing. If anybody has told you that you can't sing, they were wrong. Like any skill, you can learn it. And if you sing, you, your body, and your soul will be happier. One of my students once said: "You come for a singing lesson and you discover something new about who you are". I think that would summarize well the space I try to create in my lessons.

Everybody can sing! In my classes I will guide you to find your own voice, through vocal exercises and movements, self-perception and listening. My desire is that the student enjoys his or her voice and singing without hurting or using extra tension and specially that he/she has the tools to know the instrument, so to know yourself. In addition to vocal technique, I offer interpretation tools and music theory through repertoire work (songs) so that the student can interpret different styles and sing along with other musicians.
