I offer private singing lessons in Ghent with piano or guitar accompaniment. Knowledge of music theory isn't necessary; a desire to sing and work is all it takes! We'll focus on warming up, technique, and intention, but the joy of singing is always paramount. I can also teach you how to accompany yourself on guitar or piano while singing. Besides singing, we can also focus on songwriting, and I can guide you through the writing process and offer creative writing exercises. For me, singing and writing music are the most rewarding things there is, and I'd love to help you discover your own voice. I have 13 years of experience as a professional singer (Sophia plays Leonard Cohen, Ansatz der Maschine, Little Dots) and 8 years of experience as a voice teacher. I also have extensive experience in music education with young children and organized music camps for children aged 4-9 for a while.
