I like to be dynamic in my tutorials, using various learning tools, both digital and manual, materials and practical exercises. The lesson plan is built according to the needs of the student. I work with all ages and educational levels from children, adolescents to adults.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Psychology, and I have over 20 years’ experience supporting children and their families in various countries around the world, working in English and Spanish. I am certified in DIR/Floortime and ABA, and I have supplemented my training with diploma courses in speech therapy, emotional education, and reading disorders, amongst other key areas of child development. This background enables me to integrate different perspectives and approaches, always prioritising the individual over the diagnosis. My passion is to support children and their families in developing their full potential, fostering skills that allow them to be functional, independent and emotionally secure in their daily lives. I firmly believe in the power of connection, empathy and respect for individual rhythms. I carry out comprehensive assessments and develop personalised intervention plans, based on each child’s sensory profile, relationships, strengths and specific needs. My work is characterised by being approachable, ethical and committed, always in collaboration with the family and other professionals where necessary.

I have 18 years’ experience at prestigious international high schools in several countries, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. In addition, I possess constructive and effective teaching methods, with effective management of cultural and organizational diversity, have extensive knowledge of Mathematics, and a huge amount of experience in preparing students for AP IGCSE, SAT, IB PROGRAM. I am an enthusiastic, committed and tireless teacher who has dedicated his life to the education and development of students, working together with their parents and fellow teachers with the aim of developing them academically, personally and emotionally, in accordance with the requirements of the present as well as the future.

What do you love to listen to? How do you create music that expresses the music that has deeply influenced you? The "how do you create that" is where technique, or music theory, shapes what compels you. There are a variety of techniques because there are a variety of sound possibilities (jazz, rock, classical, etc.). "In order to create that" music in your head, the basics of music have to be learned: pitch and rhythmical relationships. The most basic examples of pitch relationships are melody and harmony. If my availability works, I will gladly take in anyone who desires to explore all the basics and beyond. I greatly hope that any student considering lessons will read all of the information provided about myself on Apprentus. I will not begin a lesson with any student who does not answer the first five questions. Now, I believe I've covered enough ground for potential students to understand what my lessons will be about.
