Piano Lesson - Beginner & intermediate level - in Antony and aroundTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Pianist for over 12 years, I help beginner and intermediate students to progress on the piano and enjoy playing their favorite pieces. . Music styles: - Pop/contemporary music (Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Imagine Dragons, Yiruma, Yann Tiersen, Ludovico Einaudi, etc.) - Classical music (Bach, Chopin, Beethoven, etc.) - Film music (La La Land, Titanic, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc.) - French pop music (Francis Cabrel, Jean-Jacque Goldman, etc.) . My teaching method: - Beginner level: my work is based on the book "J'apprends le piano tout simplement" by Christophe Astié, a simple and progressive method for learning the basics of piano (reading sheet music, music theory, playing with two hands, chords, etc.). Once some basic skills have been acquired, we can begin to learn the pieces you wish for. - Intermediate level: Instruction is personalized based on the pieces you wish to learn. I will guide you through reading sheet music, interpreting the piece, and improving your technique, while providing you with tailored theoretical knowledge. The goal is to enable you to play your favorite pieces with fluidity and confidence. . Location: At home (Antony and surrounding areas - Nanterre and surrounding areas) . Limited availability: I still have a few slots available for Saturday afternoons and Sundays. To book lessons, please contact me by message on this platform. See you soon at the piano! Daniel ------------------ - My students' opinions - (translated in English) "My daughter Louane (10 years old) has been taking piano lessons with Daniel for 8 months now, and the progress she's made is incredible. She really enjoys playing, and it shows in her motivation and consistency. What we particularly appreciate is Daniel's gentleness and kindness, as well as his teaching style, which is very child-friendly. Louane can choose the pieces she likes, which makes her even more involved, and music theory is naturally integrated into the learning process. It's an approach that's both fun and effective. Thank you for your patience and your infectious passion!" - Nathalie C. "Excellent teacher, excellent teaching style! My son has progressed much more this year than in previous years. Daniel is patient and adapts to his student's needs. I recommend him 100%." - François M. "After playing the piano for 4 years and then stopping for 21, I decided to take piano lessons with Daniel since August 2024. I quickly noticed progress and I recommend him for his professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. I also appreciate being able to choose the pieces I want to learn." - Marjolaine.

Piano lessons for all levels and ages, +12 years teaching experience . Relaxed teaching approach!Translate this text using Google Translate.

About me I help students start playing real music early—often within the first few lessons. I’m a professional pianist with 12+ years of teaching experience and over 7 years of international performing (Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Spain, and worldwide on luxury cruise ships). Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, I tailor each lesson to your goals so you can progress efficiently and enjoy the process. I started piano at age 6 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Piano Performance. I’ve also taken part in many masterclasses and studied with outstanding pianists. My background includes classical, jazz, blues, pop, rock, and chord-based playing. I’m passionate about teaching and focused on helping you reach your goals in a clear, supportive, and enjoyable way. About the Lesson I am a patient and dedicated piano teacher, working with students of all ages and levels. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, learning style, and musical interests. I teach a wide range of styles, from classical to modern music (jazz, blues, pop, etc.). I can teach you reading sheet music or playing by ear, depending on your preference and goals. I can also help you improvise and create your own music in the styles you enjoy. I also have strong experience working with students with ADHD and dyslexia, adapting lessons to make learning clear, structured, and engaging. I focus on healthy technique, musicality, and effective practice habits to build confidence and avoid tension or injury. I also help students develop a technique that prevents common issues such as tendonitis, which is very important for long-term playing. You’ll also receive support outside lessons, including answers, feedback, and video explanations when needed. I prepare students for ABRSM and Trinity exams (Grades 1–8 and Diplomas), but I also teach students who simply want to enjoy playing. My students range from age 3 to 75+, and all make meaningful progress. Online lessons are just as effective as in-person ones. I use a professional multi-camera setup and high-quality audio so you can clearly see technique and movement. Most of my lessons (95%+) are taught online. Curriculum There is no single method that fits everyone, so I adapt all materials to you. For beginners, I often use Alfred’s Basic Piano Library. For classical and jazz development, I work with ABRSM and Trinity syllabi. I’m always happy to use other methods if you prefer. Alongside structured materials, I include music you enjoy and focus on essential skills that apply across all styles—from classical to modern music. Whether you're a beginner, want to learn at a professional level, or just want to be able to play a variety of tunes as a hobby, let's have fun learning together! All levels are welcome. I adapt to what you want to play! (Classical, Film music, Jazz, etc.) Beginning children will receive textbook-based lessons at a pace that suits them, so they can build strong skills. Lessons include both performance and music theory, so you can learn in a balanced way. I pay very close attention to the selection of teaching materials. Having fun is the best source of growth, so I try to use a variety of techniques in my classes. Those who have already played the piano, those who want to continue playing the piano as a hobby, those who want to start playing and those who are a little weak in reading music are also welcome. I'll teach you tips for playing the songs you want to play and reading music faster. Let’s develop your repertoire of songs together! If you want to learn to enter the conservatory or professional level, we will approach the works together from different angles, such as score analysis and sound production! I think these will be lessons that will bring you discoveries. Our common goal: that I teach you how to learn any piece, in complete autonomy. If you have limited availability, on-demand courses are also available. I am also flexible in rescheduling classes.

Drum lessons for all levels – learn, progress and above all, enjoy playing!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Drum lessons for all levels – learn, progress and above all, enjoy playing!Translate this text using Google Translate.

I am Julien, a drummer since childhood and a drum teacher since 2005. Trained at the Agostini School in Orléans and then at Jazz à Tours as part of a DEM Jazz in collaboration with the Conservatoire de Tours, I also worked for several years as a professional musician. Today, I am returning to what I love most: transmitting knowledge directly and building work that is truly tailored to each student. My teaching method is based on a simple principle: you learn drums by making music. Therefore, I don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach: we start with your level, your tastes, your learning style, and what you want to do with the instrument. The first lesson also serves as an introduction and assessment to understand your profile and define a direction for work together. If you're a beginner, no prior musical knowledge is necessary. We'll start with the basics of the instrument: posture, stick grip, sound, coordination, and basic rhythms, with the goal of being able to play along to songs quickly. Theory and reading music are introduced gradually as needed. If you already play, we work from your playing and your objectives: groove, placement, coordination, technique, sound, new styles, improvisation, pieces, playing in a group or preparation for a particular project. I also value human connection highly. I prefer a simple, relaxed, and trust-based relationship, far removed from an overly hierarchical teacher-student dynamic. It's essential to be able to ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, exchange ideas, and maintain the joy of playing. My goal: to help you progress, understand your playing and gradually become independent, while keeping the music at the center.

My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia

Gabriel has an international experience and a wide knowledge of songs etc from all over the world. my son is very young only three years old and he is already exposed to a lot with Gabriel sessions. Gabriel doesn't force but will entice by bringing the joy and beauty of music to a student.

Daniel is a very good and patient teacher. He is a very skilled musician, he plays various instruments but saxophone is his very favourite. I highly recommend to take saxophone lessons from him. He is a thorough gentleman and excellent teacher.
