As a movement coach, former special education teacher and tennis instructor, I help active adults move better, without pressure or intimidation. My approach is based on simple, progressive and useful exercises (body weight, mobility, functional strengthening), adapted to each person and their pace. My goal: to help you regain energy, confidence and a body capable of real life. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first session begins with a simple assessment of your physical condition: mobility, basic strength, breathing, balance and lifestyle habits. Next, we create a support plan tailored to what you're interested in: – regain energy – resume physical activity without pain – learn the basics of bodyweight movement – prevent muscle loss related to a sedentary lifestyle (sarcopenia) The sessions can be dynamic or gentler, individual or in small groups, always without comparison or pressure. The goal is not performance, but a stronger, more mobile and more autonomous body in everyday life.

A former great tennis and badminton competitor, currently still in the B series in both sports, I became an instructor 12 years ago. I mainly teach tennis and badminton, from beginner to advanced. But I can also teach you the basics of table tennis and squash, two other sports that I played in a club. I listen to the student. If it's a technical issue, I analyze the gestures and suggest improvements based on the fundamentals of the sport in question. If it's a matter of regularity, we'll do drills, repetitions of the strike in question. If it's a tactical issue, we'll work on phases of play, tactical schemes. I prefer to work individually but it can be done in groups of up to 3 students so that I can play with each one. Racket sports are primarily fun, and so during the last quarter of an hour, we will put into practice what we have trained in a game.
