Ballet lessons with stretching and toe dance!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Ballet lessons with stretching and toe dance!Translate this text using Google Translate.

I offer professional ballet lessons of the Waganova technique for children to adults in an online class (individually or in a group) or at home on request. My name is Laura and I have completed a 9 year ballet training and a bachelor's degree in stage dance. I'm currently doing my master's degree in dance pedagogy in Dresden. I have been teaching ballet for children from 3 years old to adults for 6 years. I make the children's dance very playful, but also with a certain technique. I also start dance choreographies at an early age so that the children learn a sense of coordination right away. Upon request, I also prepare children for exams at elite ballet schools so that they can realize their dream of being a dancer. For teenagers and adults, I arrange the classes with a preparation on the floor, which consists of a stretching and workout for a better and easier training on the barre and in the middle. The main focus for me is on the correct execution of the exercises, as doing them incorrectly can affect your health. Having practiced at the top for years, I also offer professional top dance. At the moment I mainly teach online, but also at home if you wish. The great thing about online classes is that you can practice them from anywhere. I look forward to your inquiries!

Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Artistic Yoga, Pregnancy YogaTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Yoga is a combination of exercises, poses, controlled breathing techniques, visualization, and meditation sessions which are the keys to balance the physical and mental body. My name is Lucy and I'm a certificated 300 TTC Yoga teacher. Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better. 2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore. I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program. After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari. From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor. Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey. As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga. I always try to get an individual approach to each student considering his needs and level of advancement. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, I ll be more than happy to help and answer.

Argentinian tango. CAUSE AND EFFECT. Communication in dance as a tool in relationships.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Argentinian tango. CAUSE AND EFFECT. Communication in dance as a tool in relationships.Translate this text using Google Translate.

📌It doesn't always take two for things to work... To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence! I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form. We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance. With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩 Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️ Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

She is very friendly and fun to dance with. Even if virtually, she is kind, patient and observant. Whatever your style or pace is, she will fit her lessons to that . I wanted to started from the beginning as an adult learner, and it has been a blast learning all the basic hip hop grooves and techniques. Definitely recommend!

I had 5 sessions with Paurush, and he designed a beautiful choreography on a bollywood song during this time. The dance steps included Bollywood, Bhangra and a bit of hip hop too. I enjoyed all the sessions and got a good feeling of accomplishment after learning the choreography.

Natali is a great dance teacher. She was very graceful and explained each steps very clearly also supplied me with a video with dance steps. Very flexible and obliging!
