Learning German can be easier: I support children (approx. 6-12 years old) with reading, writing, and spelling, patiently, systematically, and in a positive learning environment. We first work together to identify where they're struggling, and then practice exactly what's currently important for school. It's important to me that your child not only completes tasks "correctly," but truly understands how to learn more confidently and independently. We celebrate small steps forward, because they make the biggest difference.

The class begins with meditation, breathing techniques and is followed by a flowing sequence of muscle strengthening and stretching exercises. It ends with gestures of massage and relaxation. The course is suitable for beginners or advanced. Master of multiple yoga disciplines since 2015, I also accompany anyone wishing to build their professional career in yoga.
