The TU Delft Aerospace Engineering Bachelor is one of the most prestigious bachelor programmes the Netherlands has to offer. As it is highly sought-after by students all around the globe, there is a highly competitive selection procedure which needs to be completed to get admitted to this popular degree. A major part of this admission procedure is the selection exam, consisting of three different tests: Mathematics, Physics and First-Year Material.

As a cum laude graduate Aerospace Engineer at TU Delft, who has also been tutoring since 2017, I have a lot of experience and knowledge of the program to help you out with the right preparation to get in. Over the last four years, I have helped tens of students secure a spot! Moreover, I offer a free personalised lesson plan for each student, which is fully based on the admission syllabus and past exams, to ensure an even higher chance of admission for each student.

With my calm and stepwise explanation, weaker topics will be addressed, and your solution procedures will become more effective and accurate. Each lesson will either be theory, exercise-based or an opportunity to talk about the admission, student life, the city of Delft, what to expect from the study and whether it is the right fit for you.

I am Roland, a calm and knowledgeable tutor when it comes to math or physics. I acquired this knowledge during my Aerospace Engineering study at the TU Delft, where I graduated with honours. Because I have been tutoring since I was in secondary school myself, I not only have the knowledge to help you out, but I am also able to explain these topics clearly to my students. Over the years, many of my students have passed with high grades for their exams; hopefully, you will be the next!

Math/Calculus/Physics Tutoring for secondary and high school students

Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second alternative view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. I tutor a variety of math and physics courses on both secondary and high school levels, but also at a scientific bachelor level. These can either be theory/exercise-based, but also exam preparation.

The math, physics, chemistry, and SVT courses of the French or Swiss maturity program, as well as the courses of Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, Geology of the level of the 1st year of university, are made by explanations either in depth or by a quick course and summary of essential need according to the case of each student supported by exercises of the book or evaluations and exams of other high schools.

Maths and physics are usually among the hardest and most abstract subjects we encounter in school. After many years of studying them in university (Bachelor in Physics and master in climate physics at Utrecht University) I realised that anyone develops different mechanisms to understand and absorb those concepts. I think of tutoring as a way to help the students to learn how to use the tools that better work for them. During the class I will provide help both for specific assignments and general more theoretical study, full lectures about specific topics or guidance through exercises, along with schemes and summaries.
