Under de senaste 24 åren har jag tränat både klassiskt och jazz piano och samlat på mig en hel del internationell erfarenhet inom många olika musikaliska områden både som solist och ensemble spelare. Jag har erfarenhet av att arbeta med elever i alla åldrar och på alla nivåer och att arbeta med alla typer av material. Jag har en tålmodig och stödjande undervisningsstil och jag är dedikerad till att skapa en positiv inlärningsmiljö för mina elever. Jag brinner för att hjälpa varje elev att nå sin fulla potential och jag kan anpassa min undervisningsstil till varje elevs individuella behov och preferenser. Jag hjälper dig gärna att ta de första stegen för att lära dig pianot eller arbetar tillsammans med dig mot ett individuellt mål t.ex. att lära dig ett specifikt stycke, improvisation eller förbereda dig för en konsert. In the past 24 years, I have trained both classical and jazz piano and gathered a lot of international experience in many different musical fields both as soloist and ensemble player. I have a patient and supportive teaching style, and I am dedicated to creating a positive learning environment for my students. I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

The older I get, the more I love. Especially during these times of immense ugliness and hate, wars and conflict, music- that's always been all about love - is the home I keep returning to. To me, mentoring someone is all about sharing the love for the instrument, thirst about the material, desire to explore new musical paths and respect for whatever happens whilst playing. Not only we will explore technical paths and understand rhythm under a totally different light but also communicate through improvisation and modal principles.
