Hello everyone! I want to offer to you a dedicated, structured from ground up, course on Linux systems, accompanied by presentations, written materials and exercises. The course designed to introduce and teach Linux system by studying the shell scripting and revealing system essential through C programming perspective. Linux systems are found nearly everywhere, they are supporting majority of internet infrastructure, running networking and database software, boost websites and Cloud providers. IT companies all over the world use different distributions of Linux for their development environment, system monitoring, administration and infrastructure support, running all sort of modern DevOps tools. Knowledge and ability to use Linux is highly demanded nowadays and will be highly evaluated by every employer in the related IT area. The proposed material targets beginners, but will perfectly fit to the more advanced users willing to study shell programming the "right way", and learn how to use system professionally and utilize features it offers at it's maximum power. Course starts by introducing key aspects of system architecture, filesystem, commands, users, terminal, their interconnection and thereafter will rapidly continue to the programming discipline itself. We will explore and create an example for each available feature, adopting and combining variety of system utilities, making you more and more familiar with it's possible usage. Regular expressions are very powerful feature of manipulating any sort of text stream and add the real power when data needs to be retrieved or manipulated. They will be introduced almost immediately and used heavily all along the way, continuously familiarizing you with it's complex syntax and making you skilled enough to craft your own expressions for extracting all sorts of data you might need. By the end of the course you will understand Operating system design, environment available to the program, it's execution cycle. You will be able to use system professionally, develop and edit system scripts, tailoring them for your needs, confidently use common terminal tools (including "vim" and "tmux") and features that they offer. Learned material will suite you a solid base for the future studying, exploring and working with Linux systems.

I recently moved to Jordan from England, as I love learning from cultures that are different from the ones I have been accustomed to. I have 19 years of experience in online/face to face tuition both in the UK mainly and in Jordan. I teach Maths and Computer Science for both national and international British curriculums KS2, KS3, KS4,KS5, IB,IG, GCSE, AS, A-LEVELS, and for degree level in Computer science A level Mathematics (pure, mechanics and stats, years 1 and 2) I use professional tools to tutor online, I usually have a good idea of what a student needs to cover in a lesson. Having said that, I always give room for flexibility, which is easy as teaching online allows me to switch quickly between online questions. I move on to different questions if a student finds the work too easy, difficult, or boring. At the moment I only teach online, the first lesson can be face-to-face. However, I am open to teaching face to face for an extra fee. P.S: I am Asian British so I do not speak Arabic.

Python is one of the best, if not the best, language to start learning programming. It is also one of the most widely used languages today, especially in cutting-edge areas such as machine learning. This popularity means that Python is constantly evolving. It offers a wide range of tools and libraries, which are free and very varied. As an aeronautical engineer, I like to share my knowledge and derive satisfaction from it by teaching and motivating others. I'm used to working with people of different ages. I believe in the importance of segmenting learning, visualizing progress, setting concrete goals and practicing regularly. Beyond these general principles, there is no magic rule or method.
