The Chen style, on the other hand, is characterized by a more staccato rhythm. It is more explosive, as it relies more heavily on the body's momentum and the re-engagement of external forces (gravity, ground reaction, friction, tension/release). It is better suited when performance is the goal, particularly in combat. Whatever your goals and needs, we will work on your relationship with strength.
