This course is aimed at beginners wishing to acquire the essential basics of IT and familiarize themselves with the main digital tools used on a daily basis, both in personal and professional life. In the program : -- Understanding of fundamental concepts (hardware, software, operating system). -- Practical use of a computer: file management, organization and data security. -- Introduction to office software (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation). -- Discovery of collaborative and communication tools (messaging, videoconferencing, cloud). -- Safe internet browsing and good digital practices. The approach is progressive, practice-oriented, and tailored to each individual's pace. The goal is to empower each participant to use IT tools independently and give them the confidence to continue their learning.
