Indonesian Class (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Indonesia, officially the Republic of Indonesia, is a unitary sovereign state and transcontinental country located mainly in Southeast Asia with some territories in Oceania. Situated between the Indian and Pacific oceans, it is the world's largest island country, with more than seventeen thousand islands. At 1,904,569 square kilometres (735,358 square miles), Indonesia is the world's 14th-largest country in terms of land area and world's 7th-largest country in terms of combined sea and land area. It has an estimated population of over 260 million people and is the world's fourth most populous country, the most populous Austronesian nation, as well as the most populous Muslim-majority country. The world's most populous island of Java contains more than half of the country's population. Indonesian is the national language of Indonesia, uniting over 273 million people. Aside from all the regions of Indonesia, it is also spoken in countries such as Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Netherlands, and the USA. Based on the Euro-continental orthography, Indonesian uses the Roman script. It is a relatively young language and is different from Malay, which was widely used until the 1950s. There are as many as 300 distinct ethnic groups in Indonesia who speak Indonesian, and each dialect is unique in its own way. Therefore, a phrase common in one group may have different connotations in another. Not many Indonesians are able to speak English. Consequently, by learning how to speak Indonesian, you will be able to communicate with them more effectively. Whether you are on vacation in Bali or a business trip to Jakarta, knowing how to speak Indonesian will really add to and enrich your experience.

Art Portfolio & Creative Mentoring — Art School, MFA, Residencies & Professional PracticeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Art Portfolio & Creative Mentoring — Art School, MFA, Residencies & Professional PracticeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Are you developing an art portfolio, preparing an application, or trying to understand where to take your artistic practice next? I am a professional visual artist with more than 30 years of international experience in exhibitions, residencies, research and teaching. I offer individual mentoring for students, emerging artists and established practitioners who want to develop a stronger, more coherent and personal body of work. Sessions can focus on portfolio development, selecting and editing work, developing concepts, identifying recurring interests, strengthening your artistic voice, researching references, writing about your work and preparing applications for art schools, BA/BFA and MFA programmes, residencies, grants, exhibitions and other professional opportunities. We can also work together if you feel stuck, disconnected from your practice or unsure how to move from isolated works or ideas toward a meaningful body of work. My approach combines close discussion of your work with contemporary art, art history, critical references and practical strategies. I do not impose a particular style or aesthetic. The aim is to help you understand what is already distinctive in your work and develop it with greater clarity, depth and confidence. Mentoring is available in English or Portuguese and is adapted to your individual goals and stage of development.

Turn abstract Edexcel IAL Law rules into clear, exam-ready arguments with a practicing lawyer who bridges common and civil law.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I’m a law tutor who specialises in Edexcel International A-Level Law — and my goal is to help you truly understand the subject, not just pass the exam. To do that, I bring more than a textbook: I’m also a practicing lawyer with experience in courts, consulting, and private client work. During my studies, I have also taken part in international law competitions, academic conferences, and published legal articles. I often draw on real cases and examples from my own legal practice, so abstract rules become concrete and memorable. At the same time, I’m completing my law degree at a leading Russian university, which keeps me closely connected to modern academic standards and exam expectations. What I bring to our lessons is the ability to show how legal rules work in real life. I’ve worked in courts and advised businesses, and I use those experiences to make Edexcel topics like negligence, contract formation, or human rights feel tangible rather than abstract. A big advantage of my background is that I’m equally comfortable in both the Romano-Germanic (continental) legal tradition — including its public law and private law dimensions — and the common law system. I know from experience how confusing it can be to switch between these two ways of thinking, and I help students build bridges between them. For Edexcel IAL, which is rooted in English common law but studied by students from all over the world, this dual perspective is incredibly valuable. I can explain not just what the law is, but why it developed that way and how it compares to other legal families. How I Teach My lessons are structured around the Edexcel specification, but I adapt them to each student’s level and goals. We work on: • Solving problem questions using clear legal reasoning (IRAC and beyond); • Writing high-scoring essays that actually answer the question; • Evaluation skills — the difference between a B and an A*; • Exam technique and time management under pressure. I don’t believe in endless memorization. I want you to understand the logic of the law, so you can apply it to any scenario the exam throws at you.

Justin is a true professional and is really gifted at helping job seekers in their career path. He assisted me a lot with career advice, job application adaptation and proofreading. He is really good at communication, reading between the lines, and highlighting the core idea. Our lessons or as I would rather call it a master class, were absolutely great and easy going. Thank you very much, Justin, for your amazing approach, custom-made professional and easy attitude, and a super international mindset. I would very much recommend it!

Arno is a skilled and patient teacher. He has a broad experience and knowledge. Grammer, words, synonym, pronounciation, etc. Furthermore can distinguish between brazilian Portuguese and Portuguese from Portugal. I can highly recommend him.
