Graduated in lyrical singing (New Zealand School of Music), I also have a background as an artist-author (pop/rock) and singer of traditional Scottish and folk music. The music begins as soon as the song is performed; you don't have to wait until you reach a specific level! This is why we work on interpretation directly in my classes, always linked to pedagogy to develop the right vocal techniques to protect and boost your voice. We begin each class with warm-up exercises, muscle activation and body relaxation, as well as educational exercises adapted to your needs. Then we work on one or more songs. I believe that the music starts as soon as we start really interpreting the song, and not once we've reached a certain level.
